Slow Cooker Pork Fajitas
- 1 whole (about 3-pound Size) Pork Roast
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Tomatoes & Chiles
- 1 package (1 Oz. Size) Fajita Mix
- 4 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 cup Sweet Peppers, Cliced
- 1 cup Onions, Sliced
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- Tortilla Shells And Favorite Toppings, To Serve
- Put pork roast in a crock pot and cover with tomatoes and chiles, fajita seasoning and garlic.
- Cook for 68 hours on low.
- After cooked, remove any bones that might have been in the roast and shred.
- Add sliced peppers and onions, stir and cook for another 30 minutes.
- Add lime juice before serving meat on tortilla shells with toppings of your choice.
