Mexican Rice

  1. brown rice in oil - watch closely so it doesn't burn.
  2. add tomato sauce - it will clump up.
  3. add water and bring to a boil.
  4. add onion salt and boiillion.
  5. simmer for 10 minutes or until rice is cooked.
