Yummy Apple-Sausage Pastry

  1. cook apple, garlic, onion, and sausage until sausage is done .... let drain in colindar to remove oil.
  2. put back in skillet and mix with cream cheese.
  3. unroll 1 tube of crescent rolls.
  4. should be 8... place 1 TBSP of filling in short end.
  5. roll and pinch edges to seal.
  6. place on greased or sprayed cookie sheet where point is down.
  7. about 2" apart.
  8. repeat until all are filled .... should yeild 2 dozen.
  9. bake at 375 for 10-12 or until golden brown...
