Kiddy Shepherds Pies
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 500 g ground beef
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 1 cup beef stock
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cooked
- 14 cup milk
- 15 g butter
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Heat oil in frypan.
- Brown mince.
- Stir in flour and cook stirring 1 minute.
- Blend in stock paresly and pepper.
- Simmer, stirring 5 mins.
- Mash potatoes until smooth with milk and butter.
- Spoon meat into 4 ramakins.
- Top with an even amount of vegetables.
- Spread potato over the top.
- Bake 15 mins.
- Can top with combined breadcrumbs and cheese.
