Sneaky Chef's Fix for Chocolate Cake Mix

• 3 large eggs
• 34 cup purple puree
• 1 cup water
• 14 cup wheat germ
• 1 (18 ounce) box chocolate cake mix

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a cake pan (then lightly flour) or line muffin tin with muffin cups.
2. Mix eggs, Purple Puree, water, and dry ingredients.
3. Mix on low for 30 seconds, then increase to medium for another 2 minutes.
4. Pour batter into cake pan or muffin tins.
5. Bake cake for 33 to 36 minutes or cupcakes for 18 to 21 minutes.
