Ann'S Clam Chowder

  1. Cover potatoes and carrots with water.
  2. Add salt and cook until tender.
  3. Dice and simmer bacon, onion, celery and green pepper until all are soft.
  4. In soup pot, place remaining ingredients.
  5. Add potatoes and carrots and their water to the pot.
  6. Add the bacon mixture to the pot.
  7. Simmer for a few minutes to mix flavors.
