Chocolate Zucchini Cake

  1. Cream together margarine, oil and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, vanilla and milk.
  3. Beat well.
  4. Mix in flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves.
  5. Stir in zucchini.
  6. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured.
  7. Sprinkle top with chocolate bits.
  8. Bake at 325u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  9. (This cake is very rich and needs no additional icing.
  10. Just sprinkle the top with confectioners sugar after the cake cools.)
