Sunflower Seed Crunch

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well.
  2. Place batter on sheet of parchment paper, cover with second sheet of parchment and roll batter into thin sheet (9 x 12-inch rectangle).
  3. Chill 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 400F.
  5. Remove top sheet of parchment and place dough on sheet pan.
  6. Bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  7. Cool; break into pieces.
