Easy Chop Suey Recipe

  1. Brown the meat, then add in onions and brown them.
  2. Pour in broth, bring to a boil, lower and cook till meat is done (about 45 min).
  3. Add in the bean sprouts, mushrooms, celery, and LaChoy sauce.
  4. Bring this to a boil and cook on low for 20 min more.
  5. Serve the above on cooked rice.
  6. You can add in more LaChoy sauce now if you like.
  7. Top all with dry noodles.
  8. Serves approximately 6 people.
