Easy Chop Suey Recipe
- 1/2 pound each thinly sliced beef, pork, and veal
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1 sm. can of beef broth
- 1 sm. can bean sprouts (liquid removed)
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/4 c. LaChoy soy sauce
- 1 can Chinese noodles, dry
- Brown the meat, then add in onions and brown them.
- Pour in broth, bring to a boil, lower and cook till meat is done (about 45 min).
- Add in the bean sprouts, mushrooms, celery, and LaChoy sauce.
- Bring this to a boil and cook on low for 20 min more.
- Serve the above on cooked rice.
- You can add in more LaChoy sauce now if you like.
- Top all with dry noodles.
- Serves approximately 6 people.
