Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe

  1. Cut bacon into small strips, fry till crisp.
  2. Add in vegetables, saute/fry till tender.
  3. Add in rice and stir.
  4. Add in warm water, soy sauce, shrimp and seasonings.
  5. Bring to boil and boil 1 minute, stir once, cover tightly, reduce heat and simmer 20 min.
  6. Remove from heat and let stand till all liquid is absorbed (approximately 5 min).
  7. For softer rice use more water and simmer longer.
  8. For firmer rice, useless water and simmer for a shorter time.
