Pork Roast
- 1 (5 lb.) pork roast
- 1 bag baby cut carrots
- 12 md. potatoes, cubed
- 2 packets onion soup mix
- 3 cans cream of mushroom
- 1-1/2 can water (use cream of mushroom can)
- Place pork roast, carrots and potatoes into an oven roaster (or a big pan for the convectional oven).
- Whisk together onion soup mix packets (do not prepare them according to the box) with the cans of cream of mushroom and the water.
- Pour over the pork roast and vegetables.
- Cook at 350 degrees for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
