Vegetarian Orange Bulgur

  1. Bring 1/3 cup water to boil; add bulgur, oil, and salt; cover and simmer over very low heat 5 min.
  2. Turn off heat and stir in orange juice and parsley; cover and steam for 15 min.
  3. Stir oranges and beans into bulgur.
  4. Enjoy a fig bar cookie for dessert.
  5. Serve meal with a glass of milk.
