Low Cal Banana Streusel Muffins

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  2. In a small bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, butter and bananas: stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  3. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups three fourths full.
  4. For streusel, combine sugar, flour, oatmeal and cinnamon in small bowl; cut in butter.
  5. Sprinkle over muffins.
  6. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
