Meat Lasagna
- 8 oz. medium noodles
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 3/4 c. shredded cheese
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Drain and rinse under cold running water.
- Brown meat in frypan over medium heat.
- Drain.
- Add seasonings and tomato sauce and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, green onions and noodles.
- Alternate layers of noodles with meat mixtures in greased 2-quart casserole.
- Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
