Spring Sesame Ginger Asparagus Stir-Fry

  1. For the sauce, dissolve cornstarch in water or broth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and whisk to combine.
  3. For vegetables heat oil on high heat in saute pan or wok, Add asparagus, red pepper and green onions.
  4. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add sauce and continue to stir-fry until the asparagus is crisp tender and sauce thickens in pan.
