Donna Leas Succulent Sirloin
- 1/2 cups Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 13 cups Brown Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Or Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Sazon With Coriander And Annatto
- 1/2 ounces, weight Adolf's Meat Marinade
- 4 whole Sirloin Steaks - Medium Size
- Mix all marinade ingredients well in a Ziplock bag (or glass dish).
- Add the steaks and thoroughly cover the meat with the marinade, cover with plastic or foil if using a glass dish.
- Place in refrigerator for at least two hours and turn the meat every 30 minutes or so.
- Cook or grill by your preferred method.
