Seafood Pizza
- 1 lobster tail
- 3 ounces shrimp
- 3 ounces lump crabmeat
- 1 roma tomato
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounces prosciutto, sliced
- 14 inches pizza crusts
- Using medium dough, brush the crust with olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh basil, salt, pepper and oregano.
- Add cheese, lobster, shrimp, crabmeat and sliced roma tomato.
- Cook in brick oven for 10 min and serve.
