Sweet and Savory Cocktail Meatballs
- 1 whole Diced, Seeded Jalapeno Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Crushed Black Pepper
- 2 pounds Pre-cooked Meatballs, Use Your Favorite Recipe Or Store Bought (I Use All Beef Meatballs)
- Keep meatballs frozen until ready to use.
- Mix all ingredients (except the meatballs) together in a bowl.
- (The jalapeno is optional so leave it out if you do not like it with too much kick.
- However if you de-seed it, this adds just the right amount of heat).
- Place meatballs in a baking dish and pour sauce ingredients over the balls!
- Cover with aluminum foil and cook at 350 degrees (F) for 35 minutes or until cooked through and bubbling!
- My family and I regularly take this dish to friends/ family gatherings and its always a real crowd pleaser!
