Christmas Peppermint Bark

  1. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Melt the dark chocolates together using microwave or double boiler.
  3. Stir til completely smooth.
  4. Stir in peppermint flavour.
  5. Pour onto both cookie sheets and spread out flat and smooth with spatula.
  6. Let dark chocolate cool.
  7. Meanwhile, melt white chocolate.
  8. When smooth, drizzle evenly over hardened dark chocolate.
  9. Jiggle pan to smooth out white chocolate.
  10. Sprinkle with sprinkles or candy.
  11. Let cool.
  12. Break bark into pieces.
