Homemade chicken and vegetables pie

  1. Cook chicken breast in a pan till white.
  2. Peal and Chop potatoes then boil for 10 minutes
  3. Add mixed vegetables and onion
  4. Lastly add a small amount of gravey and slow boil
  5. Take short crust pastry and roll it out pop it in to a a pie dish I prefer to put Greece proof paper underneath the so it doesn't stick.
  6. Them add the the chicken and vegetables on to the Base of the pie.
  7. And finally place the puff pastry on the top.
  8. Place pie in the oven and cook on medium heat till golden.
