Homemade chicken and vegetables pie
- 2 1/2 cup diced chicken
- 1 mixed vegetables
- 3 potatos
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 gravey
- 1 puff pastry (find in most supermarkets)
- 1 short crust pastry (find in most supermarkets)
- Cook chicken breast in a pan till white.
- Peal and Chop potatoes then boil for 10 minutes
- Add mixed vegetables and onion
- Lastly add a small amount of gravey and slow boil
- Take short crust pastry and roll it out pop it in to a a pie dish I prefer to put Greece proof paper underneath the so it doesn't stick.
- Them add the the chicken and vegetables on to the Base of the pie.
- And finally place the puff pastry on the top.
- Place pie in the oven and cook on medium heat till golden.
