Chicken Ole Recipe

  1. Steam chicken breasts till tender.
  2. Bone chicken and cut in pcs.
  3. Cut tortillas in 1 inch squares.
  4. Mix soups, lowfat milk, onion and salsa.
  5. Spray 9 x 13 inch pyrex baking dish with Pam.
  6. Put 2 Tbsp.
  7. broth in bottom.
  8. Layer tortillas, chicken, soup; repeat.
  9. Top with cheese.
  10. Let stand in refrigerator overnight (24 hrs).
  11. Bake at 300 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hrs.
  12. Serves 8.
