Breaded Chicken Drumsticks Recipe

• 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
• 2 tsp onion pwdr
• 1 tsp curry pwdr (1 to 2)
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
• 1/4 tsp paprika
• 1/4 tsp grnd red pepper
• 12 x chicken drumsticks skinned 3 pounds
• 1/4 c. lowfat milk vegetable cooking spray

1. Combine first eight ingredients in a dish.
2. Dip chicken in lowfat milk.
3. Coat with crumb mix and place in a 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
4. Coat chicken with cooking spray.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till done.
