Penne L'Amitriciana

  1. Just follow our 3 simple steps
  2. Cook 80 g chopped pancetta, 1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves in 1 Tbsp.
  3. olive oil in a large frypan over medium heat, 7 - 10 minutes or until onion is soft.
  4. Stir IN 1/2 tsp.
  5. chili flakes and cook 1 minute.
  6. Stir in 1 can (28 fl oz / 798 mL) plum tomatoes, breaking up with the back of a spoon.
  7. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 25-30 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  8. Cook 4 cups penne pasta according to package directions.
  9. Drain and toss with tomato sauce.
  10. Top with a little Kraft Grated Parmesan and some chopped fresh parsley.
