Tricolored Agar-based Milk Jelly with Shaved Ice Syrup for the Japanese Doll Festival
- 2 tbsp Strawberry syrup
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 grams Kanten powder
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 grams Kanten powder
- 2 tbsp Melon syrup
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 grams Kanten powder
- Place all of the peach ingredients into a bowl, mix together, turn in over a medium heat, and bring to a boil for about 1 minute to dissolve.
- Be careful not to let it boil over.
- Pour into a container, let cool, and place it into the fridge to solidify; during that time, prepare the next color so you can save time.
- Make the white color in the same manner as step 1.
- Pour over the solidified step 2, let cool, and place into the fridge.
- Make the green color in the same manner as step 1.
- Pour on top of a solidified step 4, let cool, and place in the fridge.
- Cut into rhombus shapes after it solidifies, garnish, and it is done.
