RITZ Mock-Apple Pie

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Filling: Mix water, granulated sugar and cream of tartar in large saucepan.
  3. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  4. Add crackers; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  5. Line 9-inch pie plate with crust as directed on package; fill with cracker mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with lemon juice and cinnamon.
  7. Topping: Combine all remaining ingredients except Cool Whip; sprinkle over Filling.
  8. Bake 15 min.
  9. Reduce oven temperature to 350F; bake 20 min.
  10. or until golden brown.
  11. Cool.
  12. Serve topped with Cool Whip.
