Lisa Mc Cammons Bourbon Pecan Tartletts

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Arrange shells on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate mosels into the shells.
  4. Stir together pecans, sugar, butter, bourbon and egg.
  5. Spoon into shells.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days, or freeze up to one month.
