Fruity Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Combine the liquid ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl stir the mix into the fruit and nuts.
  4. Combine the two mixtures and add the orange rind.
  5. Bake in a 9 inch x 5 inch pan for 45 minutes.
