Sunshines praline pudding cake
- 3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cup plus 1tablespoon _purpose flour divided
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup margarine melted
- 1 1/2 cup boiling water
- 2 cup frozen whipped topping thawed
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix In a bowl brown sugar 1/4 tablespoon set a side ,
- Combine 1 1/4 cups of flour,granulated sugar,1/3 cup pecans,baking powder,and salt In medium bowl,stir well,and make a well In the center of mixtrue.
- Mix milk ,butter, and vanilla, add to flour mixture,stirring just until moist.
- Spread batter into an 8" inch square baking pan , sprinkle with brown sugar_ flour mixture.
- Pour boiling water on top of brown sugar ,(do not stir).
- Bake at 350for 35 to 40 minutes or until pudding is bubbly and cake springs back when touched lightly in center.
- Serve warm with whipped toppings, sprinkle with pecans
