Caramel Apple Dip

  1. For the dip:
  2. Let cream cheese come to room temperature, then blend with the powdered sugar, brown sugar and vanilla.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Break up Skor bars (or you can use Chipits Skor bits, about 1 cup) then blend seperately until it is very fine and like a powder.
  5. Fold Skor mixture into cream cheese mixture and place in the fridge for a few hours until ready to use.
  6. Try not to eat it all before your guests arrive!

  8. For the apples:
  9. Slice up all your apples, whatever thickness you like.
  10. Dip them all into the pineapple juice (quickly) to keep them from turning brown.
  11. Store apples in the fridge in airtight containers until they are ready to be set out.
  12. Enjoy!
