Golden Potato Casserole

  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat;cover and cook for 12-15 minutes or until tender.
  4. Drain.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients;gently stir in the potatoes.
  6. Transfer to a greased 13x9 in casserole.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly.
  8. Let casserole stand for 10 minutes before serving.
