Pineapple Bourbon Shake

• 1 pt. vanilla bean ice cream
• 1 c. chopped fresh pineapple, plus more for serving
• 3 tbsp. bourbon
• Caramel sauce, for serving
• Pound cake, for serving

1. Blend vanilla ice cream, fresh pineapple, and bourbon until smooth.
2. Drizzle inside of chilled serving glasses with caramel sauce; pour in milkshake.
3. Serve topped with crumbled pound cake and a wedge of fresh pineapple.
