Cool Vanilla Latte

  1. Pour espresso into chilled martini glass.
  2. Top with foam.
  3. Combine liquor, creme de cacao and skim milk in cocktail shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake well.
  5. Strain ingredients into glass, pouring at the edge so as not to disturb foam.
  6. Dust with nutmeg.
