Minty Blue Spinach Salad

  1. Add all dressing ingredients into food processor and pulse until blended.
  2. Taste and adjust if needed.
  3. Drizzle dressing over salad just before service and toss.
  4. Serve with crusty garlic bread.
  5. Store remainder dressing in fridge.
  6. When using again, process quickly and let warm slightly.
