Grandma's Chocolate Mint Cookies
- 2 cups mint chocolate chips
- 1 12 cups butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup karo white corn syrup
- 3 12 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt the mint chocolate chips in a double boiler.
- In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
- Blend in the melted chocolate.
- Add the corn syrup.
- Sift and gradually add the dry ingredients.
- Roll into one inch balls and dip tops in white sugar.
- Place 3 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake about 8 minutes.
- Watch as they burn easily.
