Butterfingers Recipe howefortunate
- 6 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup creamy peanut buttter
- 1 cup Karo syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 bar of parafin
- wooden skewers
- Add peanut butter, Karo syrup, and sugar to a large pan.
- Mix well.
- Heat over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Stir in 6 cups Rice Krispies.
- Then shape into 2-3 inch finger shapes.
- Refrigerate for an hour.
- Meanwhile melt chocolate chips and parafin in the top of a double boiler.
- Insert a wooden skewer into each of the fingers.
- Dip in the melted chocolate.
- Cool on wax paper until set.
