Sauteed Spinach Recipe

  1. Heat butter in a sautee pan
  2. After butter is warm add a teaspoon of chopped or crushed fresh garlic
  3. Cook for a minute
  4. Add bag of spinach, let cook while stirring occationally (medium heat)
  5. Add some mushrooms
  6. Serve
