Breakfast Hot Pockets
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- Fry/scramble sausage in a large skillet until it is well done.
- Drain grease from sausage.
- Mix drained sausage and cream cheese in a large bowl with a large spoon until the cheese is "melted" and well blended with the sausage.
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0. Open crescent roll can carefully, do not allow dough to separate. Lay dough on a large cookie sheet, side by side.
- If there are any cracks use your fingers to "mush" dough together.
- Spoon half the sausage/cheese mixture down center of crescent rolls.
- Fold both of the sides of each crescent roll to the center, overlapping at center point making it look like a large hot pocket.
- Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cut into number of servings you need after removing from oven.
- Eat and enjoy!
