Wedding Punch Recipe
- 8 c. warm tap water
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 lg. or possibly 4 med. bananas
- 1 (6 ounce.) can frzn orange juice concentrate
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (32 ounce.) can pineapple juice
- 2 (1 liter) bottles Canada Dry Ginger Ale
- 1 lg. bottle grape juice (optional depending on desired color of punch)
- Dissolve sugar in warm water in bowl.
- In blender puree bananas, orange and lemon juice.
- Mix above ingredients with pineapple juice, ginger ale and grape juice.
- Freeze to slushy consistency.
- Stir often once it starts freezing.
- Serves 30 or possibly more.
- Makes 2 gallons.
