Nene's All Purpose Dressing

• 1 pressed garlic clove
• 2 tablespoons sugar or 2 tablespoons honey
• 12 cup cider vinegar
• 1 cup wesson vegetable oil
• 3 tablespoons of cranberry vinegar
• blue cheese

1. Blend in the blender.
2. (A blender truly is best, the dressing won't emulsify in the same way otherwise).
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
