Salmon Burger with Ginger and Goat Cheese
- 1 ounce, weight Fresh Ginger
- 10 ounces, weight Fresh Salmon
- 1/4 bunches Fresh Dill
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Oilve Oil
- 2 Buns
- 4 Tablespoons Fresh Goat Cheese
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- Finely chop ginger.
- Cut the salmon in 3/4 pieces and place in a mixer with ginger, dill, salt and pepper.
- Mix roughly; you need to have about 1 cm pieces of salmon.
- Form 2 salmon patties with your hands.
- Warm olive oil in a frying pan and cook the patties 5 minutes on each sides, or until the salmon is completly cooked.
- Put the buns 5 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Spread the buns with goat cheese.
- Put the salmon and some salad leaves on the buns and enjoy immediately.
