Salmon Burger with Ginger and Goat Cheese

  1. Finely chop ginger.
  2. Cut the salmon in 3/4 pieces and place in a mixer with ginger, dill, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix roughly; you need to have about 1 cm pieces of salmon.
  4. Form 2 salmon patties with your hands.
  5. Warm olive oil in a frying pan and cook the patties 5 minutes on each sides, or until the salmon is completly cooked.
  6. Put the buns 5 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  7. Spread the buns with goat cheese.
  8. Put the salmon and some salad leaves on the buns and enjoy immediately.
