Cheese Potato Bread

  1. In

  4. combine
  5. yeast
  6. from foil packet with flour mixture, potato flakes, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Stir in hot

  8. water and egg until flour is moistened;
  9. add Cheddar cheese.
  10. Stir
  11. until
  12. well
  13. mixed
  14. (batter
  15. will
  16. be sticky). Cover;
  17. let
  18. rise
  19. on
  20. wire rack over bowl or pan to which boiling water
  21. has been added until light and doubled in size, 30
  22. to
  23. 45 minutes.
  24. Generously
  25. grease 10-inch tube or 9-inch round
  26. cake pan.
  27. Stir
  28. down dough; spread in prepared pan.
  29. Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, about 30
  30. to 45 minutes.
  31. Heat oven at 375u0b0.
  32. Bake 30 to 40 minutes
  33. or
  34. until golden
  35. brown.
  36. Immediately remove from pan.
