Brunch Ham and Egg Muffins

  1. Peel cooled eggs; cut into squares.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In medium saucepan, prepare sauce mix with milk and butter as directed on package.
  4. Stir in quartered hard cooked eggs, lemon juice, dill and pepper.
  5. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  6. Place ham on microwave-safe plate; cover loosely with microwave-safe plastic wrap.
  7. Microwave on Medium for 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  8. Place 2 muffin halves on each serving plate.
  9. Arrange ham slices on muffins.
  10. Spoon egg mixture over ham.
