Tangerine Sorbet (for electric ice cream machine)

  1. Combine sugar, syrup, water and tangerine peel in a small sauce pan.
  2. Heat slowly until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Stir in juice.
  4. Cool and chill mixture.
  5. Pour chilled mixture into ice cream machine and process according to manufacturer's directons.
