Mexican Pizzas

  1. Heat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Grease 12-inch pizza pan.
  3. Mix Bisquick, cornmeal and 1/2 cup water until soft dough forms.
  4. Beat vigorously 20 strokes.
  5. Pat in pan with floured hands, forming 1/2-inch rim.
  6. Bake 10 minutes.
  7. Cook and stir ground beef until brown.
  8. Stir in seasoning mix and 3/4 cup water.
  9. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently.
  10. Reduce heat.
  11. Simmer uncovered until thickened 5 to 10 minutes.
  12. Spread beans over crust.
  13. Top with beef and sprinkle with cheese.
  14. Bake 10 minutes longer.
  15. Serve with topping and taco sauce.
