Cinnamon-Apple Raisin Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix flour, oats, 2 Tbsp.
  3. of the brown sugar and 1/4 tsp.
  4. of the cinnamon in medium bowl.
  5. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside.
  6. Mix water, remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar, the raisins, tapioca, remaining 1 tsp.
  7. cinnamon and the nutmeg in large saucepan.
  8. Stir in apples.
  9. Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to full boil, stirring constantly.
  10. Pour into 8-inch square baking dish; sprinkle with flour mixture.
  11. Bake 30 to 35 min.
  12. or until juices form bubbles that burst slowly.
