Lemon Parmigiano Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Whisk together the lemon juice, vermouth, mustard, butter, sage and garlic.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the lemon mixture over all.
  5. Sprinkle with the Parmesan, salt and pepper.
  6. Bake until done, about 45 minutes, basting occasionally with the pan juices.
  7. Serve immediately.
