Chocolate Delight Bites Recipe

• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. Bakers semi sweet chocolate
• 4 ounce. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
• 8 ounce. Cold Whip, thawed
• 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• Finely minced nuts
• Coconut
• Grated semi sweet chocolate

1. Heat chocolate in large microwaveable bowl at High 2 min.
2. Stir till completely melted or possibly heat in heavy saucepan over very low heat.
3. Beat in cream cheese and vanilla; cold to room temperature.
4. Gently stir in whipped topping; chill 1 hour.
5. Shape quickly into 1" balls.
6. Roll in nuts, coconut or possibly chocolate.
7. Store, covered in refrigerator.
8. Makes about 3 dozen.
