Chicken Broccoli Casserole
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli or 2 bunches, cooked
- 2 c. sliced cooked chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken or celery soup
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise/salad dressing
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs or 1 c. rice
- 1 tsp. melted margarine
- In casserole, arrange broccoli and chicken.
- Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
- Pour over chicken and broccoli.
- Combine bread crumbs and butter.
- Sprinkle cheese over contents, then top with bread crumbs.
- (You can start with a layer of rice on the bottom and not use bread crumbs, if you wish.) Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
