Easy Gluten Free Bread

  1. Mix the dry ingredients, (**BEAT THE EGG BEFORE YOU ADD TO DRY**).
  2. Add wet ingredients to dry (here is where you could add cheese, cinnamon, or other extra ingredients).
  3. Batter should be the consistency of a muffin mix.
  4. Grease your pan VERY LIGHTLY.
  5. Put in small loaf pan (double or triple recipe to make a big loaf).
  6. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350F.
