Easy Gluten Free Bread
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 12 tablespoons sugar
- 1 34 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 12 cup milk
- 18 cup vegetable oil
- Mix the dry ingredients, (**BEAT THE EGG BEFORE YOU ADD TO DRY**).
- Add wet ingredients to dry (here is where you could add cheese, cinnamon, or other extra ingredients).
- Batter should be the consistency of a muffin mix.
- Grease your pan VERY LIGHTLY.
- Put in small loaf pan (double or triple recipe to make a big loaf).
- Bake 15-20 minutes at 350F.
