Chicken Rolls

  1. Cream together 2 tablespoons melted margarine and cream cheese.
  2. Add chicken.
  3. When this is mixed well, add salt, pepper, onion, pimento and milk.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Separate the dough out as (4) much as possible.
  6. Place 1/4 chicken mixture onto the middle of each roll; bring all four corners together and seal the sides and top.
  7. Brush the sides and top of each with melted margarine and sprinkle with the seasoned bread crumbs.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Serve with chicken gravy over the top.
  10. Makes 4 Chicken Rolls.
